Between Sets · 30 Years of Innovation
The Carver story, from one flat summer to more than 40 countries.
What started in Venice, California in 1996 kept traveling. Different languages, different streets, same reason to drop a board on the pavement.

The map
Thirty years on, Carver is ridden in more than 40 countries, and most of what we know about that comes from the videos and photos riders send us. The map is a sample. The list is longer.

Different places
Shop demos. Pump tracks. A festival ramp on the sand. A row of groms holding boards taller than they are. The settings change and the pump doesn’t: weight into the rail, the board driving back under you, speed from the turn instead of a foot on the ground.

France, on the Champ de Mars. Japan, which understood it early: a deep surf culture and riders who care about every detail gave Carver a second home there long before surfskate was everywhere. Norway, granite above a fjord. Home, with the park on the sand and a group ride under the Venice sign. Italy, a frontside grab on a surf-training ramp.
One of 400 · Numbered
Birdseye maple on a mold that recalls the stretched double-kick boards of Carver’s first year. C7 trucks in raw aluminum, hand-polished for the first time ever. Round-lipped 83a Slicks. A serialized badge numbers each board. Complete only; when the 400 are gone, there won’t be another.

This is one chapter. The rest, from the flat summer to the first polished C7, is in The Carver Story.
